From The ‘I See’ Series,  2024

I’ve been inspired towards making chandeliers because of the opportunity it offers to engage light. But as I make I’m realizing how shadow is also so important to my work.

These abstract forms are reminiscent of Rorschach tests which were created as forms of “projective” psychological exams. I love this concept, obviously.
It’s amazing that as soon as the forms are mirrored, we can start to see faces and shapes that mimic organic life.

We are made of mirrors, reflecting back and forth and multidimensionally in every direction. This is a representation of a fractal, a seraphim- made of light and shadow.
